Chamber, Herald team up to publish visitor's guide

The Bonners Ferry Chamber of Commerce and the Bonners Ferry Herald are combining to sell a new and improved visitor's guide and relocation publication.

More than 10,000 copies of the magazines will be printed and distributed to visitors and Herald readers and the contents will be on the chamber and Bonners Ferry Herald's popular websites.

Chamber and Herald representatives met earlier this week and decided to work together on the project.

The Chamber will provide the maps, editorial content and photographs and the Herald staff will sell the advertising to pay for the project.

The guide is a fundraiser for the chamber an all proceeds after we cover publishing costs, etc. will go to the chamber.

The sales team will hit all chamber businesses starting this week and hope to wrap up sales this month so the visitors guide can be out and ready early this summer.

Only chamber businesses can be in the guide, so if your business isn't in the chamber, now is the time to join.
