Badger girls revel in senior night

The Bonners ferry High School varsity volleyball team celebrated senior night Thursday.

Seniors Markayle Acord, Miranda Stippich, Olivia Langs and their parents were honored.

The team lost the match to Kellogg with scores of 22-25, 14-25 and 21-25.

The girls pushed forward with their best effort with Markayle Acord having five kills, Olivia Langs with six digs, Miranda Stippich with two acce serves and two blocks and Ivy Dirks gave 14 assists.

The Badgers will play in a loser out game at 9 a.m. , Saturday Oct. 23, in Lakeland against Priest River.

“Looking forward to a tough, intense week of practices with very few outside distractions,” said coach Janis Tucker.
