Ann L. Stevens

It is with great sadness that the family of Ann L. Stevens announces her passing on Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2010, in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

Born June 8, 1940, in Tulare, Calif., to Alma Ruth Finley Cooper and Samuel Joseph Finley. Ann married Norris Stevens on May 5, 1979, in Bonners Ferry, Idaho.

Ann is survived by her husband Norris, her children Randy, Sonia, Bert and Tammy, grandson Anthony Clark (Amy), brother Lewis Jenkins, (Lula) their son Daniel, sister Sharon Puttman, sisters-in-law Dorothy Esrersen and Naomi Finley, and many nieces and nephews and her precious dog, Honey.

Ann was a wonderful neighbor, always there for those who needed her help. She had many talents.

Ann was a marvelous cook, an artist, and an avid gardener. She loved her flowers and the joy they brought to her life and those around her. Ann loved the beauty of northern Idaho.

She loved watching the birds and all the other wild animals that were daily visitors to her home. She will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

It was Ann's request that no funeral service will be held. Friends and family will have a private memorial service for her at a later date. Condolences may be sent to 535509 Hwy 95, Bonners Ferry, Idaho 83805.
