Cutting at Gym a wonderful program

Although long over due I would like to congratulate Mike Davis for another successful Cutting it at the Gym contest. And kudos to all the participants.

This is a great event and continues to grow year by year. Mike provides an enormous opportunity to the community to get fit and improve one's health.

One of the hardest thing to do is to begin a diet and exercise program and stick with it. Over the years I have watched Mike introduce his facility and equipment to numerous people, treating them with the upmost respect and courtesy.

Whether the client is male or female, young or old, slim, overweight or obese, Mike will exert the same enthusiasm to all.

There is no intimidation just a sincere spirit for success. His staff, Cynthia Franke and Donna Davis-Strangio, are also very professional, caring people. and portray this same enthusiasm.

 Iron Mike's is a wonderful asset to Boundary County. Check it out, I know my best medicine is a couple hours at Iron Mike's Gym.
