Sherri Ann Carter, 54

Sherri Ann Carter, 54, passed away in Spokane. Wash., on Thursday, Feb., 17, 2011.

Memorial services will be conducted at 3 p.m. , Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011, in the Free Methodist Church, Bonners Ferry, Idaho. Pastor Lowell Carlson will officiate.

Sherri was born in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, on Oct. 5, 1956, the daughter of Gene and Dolores Baker. She attended local schools, graduating from Bonners Ferry High School in 1975.  

She attended college in Spokane and later worked as a traffic control supervisor in North Idaho.

Sherri enjoyed camping on the Moyie River and listening to her music.  She was devoted to her family and to her children.

Sherri is survived by her husband, Greg Carter in Bonners Ferry, Idaho; three children, Christopher Schave in China; Btittany Schave, Nicholas Schave, her brother David Baker, and her sister Toni Pennock, all in Bonners Ferry, Idaho.  

Also surviving her are two nephews, one niece, and three great nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and infant son Shawn Allen and a nephew Duane.
