Gov. Otter declares flood emergency statewide
BOISE— Due to flooding conditions and the potential for record runoff in many areas of the state, Governor Otter has declared a Statewide Declaration of Emergency. The declaration, approved today, brings the availability of state resources and rapid response to support impacted areas.
