Richard “Dick” Kelson passed away on May 16, 2011, as a result of a accident near Bonners Ferry, Idaho.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2011, at 2:30 p.m. at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Bonners Ferry, Idaho.
