Charles Howard Garrett

Charles Howard Garrett, 63, passed away on Oct. 29, 2011, at the Kootenai Medical Center in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.  

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011, at 11:30 a.m. at the Mt. Hall Community Church, North of Bonners Ferry, Idaho.
