It’s that time of year yet again, Bonners Ferry High School Homecoming. S
The high school students and faculty started homecoming traditions the week of Sept. 26 and spirits prevail over the roll of a new school year.
The match-up this year will be against the Moscow Bears. Varsity game kicks off at 7 p.m. on Friday Sept. 30.
Royalty struts their nobility with Freshman Royalty MacKenzie Mendenhall, daughter of David and Mary Mendenhall, and Austin Kerr, son of Dean Kerr and Stephanie Lewandowski; Sophomore Royalty Kelsey Shutes, daughter of George and Karrie Shutes, McKayla Moore, daughter of Dan and Karen Moore, and Christian Trocke, son of J and Coleen Trocke; Junior Royalty Aaramie Hoisington, daughter of Rex and Shelly Hoisington, and Tyson Boorman, son of Steven and Cindy Boorman; and the Senior Royalty Mattea Bertling, daughter of Tim and Wendy Bertling, Meg Newell, daughter of Sarah and Gordan Newell, Zach Heigel, son of David and Bev Heigel, and Josiah Owinyo, son of Debra Owinyo.
The annual parade marches through down town Bonners Ferry at Noon on the Friday, Sept. 30.
