Prelim in theft case rescheduled

BONNERS FERRY — The preliminary hearing for a Boundary County woman charged with grand theft has been continued until Sept. 7 at 1:30 p.m.
The hearing for Shawna Gust, 43, has been continued due to stipulation.
Gust was charged with grand theft July 12 after authorities allege she withheld checks and/or cash in excess of $1,000 from Boundary Well Life Pharmacy.
