Olive Francis Parkin

Olive Francis Parkin, 94, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2012 in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

Olive was born on Feb. 4, 1918, in Hanna, Wyo., to Fred and Rhoda Wilson. She lived in Black Diamond, Wash., for 50 years. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles for over 25 years.  

She moved to Bonners Ferry, Idaho, in 2001 to be closer to family.

She is survived by: two children, Rhoda Burke of Lincoln, Mont., and Jim (Jaunita) Parkin of Bonners Ferry; seven grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Lawrence Parkin, and sister Dorothy.
