JV baseball sweeps Timberlake

The Badger JV baseball team beat the visiting Timberlake Tiger JV club 12 – 2 and 6 – 5 last Friday to improve their record to 3 – 0 in their short season.

In the first game, Matt Kramer went three for three and Ben Neumeyer and Cameron Taylor each got two hits for the Badgers.

Neumeyer hit a triple and John Brown, Kramer and Cody Luckey all hit a double in the first game.  Cameron Taylor threw around 60 pitches in the win holding the JV Tigers to just two hits.

In the second game, gave up the lead in the sixth inning only to come back and win the game in the bottom of the sixth when Cameron Taylor got the game winning hit to score Nick Rossi.  

Taylor and Rossi both got two hits in the game and Matt Kramer pitched a complete game for the JV team.
