Eileen married Howard M. Jenkins on July 24, 1941, and started their married life in Kimberley, B.C. In 1953 they moved to Eastport, Idaho, where they owned and operated a business for 30 years. They retired to Coeur d’Alene in 1983 to be closer to family.

Eileen was preceded in death by her husband and all of her siblings.

She was a delight to be around and there isn’t a day go by that we don’t appreciate her spirit, guidance, sunny disposition and love. Her faith in human kind was unmatched.

A gathering of friends and family is planned for July 24, 2013.
