Edward Charles Neumayer passed away at his home in Eagle, Idaho, on Jan. 20, 2013. A celebration of life will be held at First Baptist Church of Richland, Wash., 1107 Wright Ave on Jan. 31, 2013, at 1:30 p.m. Memorials may be given in his memory to The Community Fellowship Church of Bonners Ferry.
