The Badgers used a 17-0 third quarter to pull away from the host Vikings on Jan. 17, winning the game 52-31 against Coeur d’Alene JV.
“We pulled the ball better tonight,” said coach Travis Hinthorn. “That has been something we have been working on for easier offense. We are also trying to focus on second-half intensity.”
Savannah Woods’ 11 points led a balanced scoring attack with 10 Badgers scoring.
“Abby Skeen did a good job pushing the ball and Kendra Merritt’s defense continues to improve inside,” said Hinthorn.
