Carol Lynn Steffens, 62

Carol Lynn Steffens, 62, passed away on May 20, 2013, at Columbia Crest Care Center.

At her request, no services will be held.

Carol was born March 28, 1951, to Melvin and Eileen Cooper in Bonners Ferry. Attended school in Bonners Ferry and graduated from Bonners Ferry High School in 1969.

Carol married Robert James Steffens in Bonners Ferry in November 1969. She was a resident of Electric City, Wash., since 1970.

She leaves a son, Jon Paul Steffens and wife Kate of Electric City, a daughter Kerri Lynn Dehn of Texas; three grand daughters, Jessica Steffens, Julie Steffens of Electric City and Rachel Dehn of Texas; mother, Eileen Cooper of Bonners Ferry, and brother, Dennis Cooper of Moreno Valley, Calif.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert “Bob” Steffens; father, Melvin Cooper and brother, Steven Cooper.
