Tanner has right to ask

| May 16, 2013 11:52 AM

Greg Johnson; how can Mr. Tanner be wrong again when he made no statements? Since the community is voting for him to pay for this levy, which he does, it would seem that Mr. Tanner has the right to ask questions about he newspapers questionable report about the students, without an unethical and seemingly hateful attack and judgment upon his person.

I got tired of trying to count all the false accusations you made about him and his letter, when Mr. Tanner’s whole letter was simply all questions. Do you really think a concerned citizen needs to apologize to the students for asking a local government entity questions which I believe, many in the community were also asking?

Your letter seemed to be a big bang and a lot of smoke; maybe that was to cover up the questions unanswered, like “...where is the money going?” Since you used way more than the allowed ‘letters to the editor’ 250 word limit, maybe you could have had a more decent response. I don’t expect you’re the apologizing kind, though. Hopefully our students aren’t learning that the ordinary citizen must be stomped on if he dares to raise questions for the public servants to answer about how they are spending his money.

As an insider I know how levy issues are handled in the school and the classroom.

Mr. Tanner’s last question still stands and thank you for displaying where you stand in regard to ethics.
