• Domestic Violence Awareness Fundraiser: 7 p.m. Pearl Theater. Annual fashion show, showing documentary “Killing Us Softly 4”. Proceeds benefit Boundary County Youth Crisis and Domestic Violence Hotline. Tickets $15 at Boardwalk Boutique, Under the Sun and Gabby Goose Child Care.

• Common Core meeting/ Boundary County Republican Central Committee meeting: 6 p.m. Kootenai River Inn. State School Superintendent Tom Luna speaking on Idaho Common Core Standards per invitation by Republican Committee. Public welcome.

• Annual United Methodist Women’s Harvest Dinner: 5-7 p.m. United Methodist Church. Turkey and all the trimmings topped with homemade pie. Bake sale, Christian book sale. Community welcome. Tickets at door: $7 adults, $3 children under 12, Free for pre-school.
