Gain an extra hour of sleep Saturday night with Daylight Saving Time ending early Sunday morning. Daylight Saving Time officially ends at 2 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 3, so set your clocks back one hour before you go to sleep Saturday night.
With the end of Daylight Saving Time, sunrise will be an hour earlier Sunday morning at 6:35 a.m. However, the sun will disappear behind the mountains before many people leave work, with the official sunset time at 4:23 p.m. on Sunday.
Sunday night will seem especially dark with the new moon.
