'Our' Post Office

I live on Deep Creek Loop. We have construction along the valley which is going to shut down the road for three weeks. We have access to the highway up the canyon (Look Out View Road). After four days of no mail delivery I called the Post Office.

Teresa said that there would be no mail delivery until the road was open. She said she didn’t know about the closure. She doesn’t read the paper and could not even have given us notice that we wouldn’t get mail for three weeks. Now she says she is going to put a notice in our mail boxes that we wouldn’t be getting service but while she is at it she can’t bring the mail. WHAT! Rain, sleet, snow?
