CAP has local energy funds available

LEWISTON – Community Action Partnership announced that it still has funding for the 2013-2014 Low Income Home Energy Assistance program.

Individuals with an income at 150 percent of the Federal Poverty Level can call a Community Action Partnership office to schedule an appointment for assistance if they have not already obtained a benefit this energy assistance season (since Oct. 1, 2013).

Monthly income limit based on family size is: One person, $1,436; two people, $,1939; three people, $2,442; four people, $2,944; five people, $3,447; six people, $3,950; seven people, $4,452; and eight people, $4,955.

This is only pertaining to Idaho residents at this time and there is no additional funding for WA LIHEAP until further notice.
