PRIEST RIVER —Melissa Krampert and Elisa Williams both came up with solid games, scoring 10 points a piece for the Lady Spartans in a lopsided 59-19 Intermountain League win over Bonners Ferry on Saturday.

Priest River (9-5, 3-0 IML) got the job done on the defensive end, coming up with 17 steals and forcing over 30 turnovers while holding the visiting Badgers to quarters of just 4, 5, 6, and 4 points.

“The girls kept up the pressure all night long, and we got great all-around scoring. Bonners doesn’t have the size inside to match up against Jill and Katlyn, so points they generate are hard to come by,” Spartan coach Gary Stewart said after the game.
