Sylvia Ann Ruebeling, 61

Sylvia Ann Ruebeling, 61, of Englewood, Florida, passed away in her home Sat. Jan. 11, 2014, after a two-year battle with breast cancer.

A memorial service was held for her on Jan 18, in Plant City, Florida.

She is survived by her husband, Gary, her mother, and two sisters. She was born in Plant City, Florida in 1952 and married her high school sweetheart, Gary, in 1971.

Seeking adventure and a new life they moved to Bonners Ferry in 1983 where they lived until 2005.

Sylvia worked as a home care provider, utilizing her earlier training as an LPN.

She touched the lives of everyone she met and was accepted as a member of the families for those she provided care.

She and Gary moved back to Florida in 2005 to be closer to their aging parents; always appreciating their fond memories and experiences of living in beautiful North Idaho.
