George Sawyer, 30

| March 21, 2014 9:00 AM

George Sawyer was born in Jacksonville, Fla., on Feb. 23, 1984.

He died at age 30 in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, sometime between Feb. 23 and March 9, 2014.

Services will be held on Saturday March 15 at 1 p.m. at the Nazarene Church in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. All are invited.

In his best times, George was extraordinarily empathetic and loving. He defended his loved ones fiercely. He was pursuing a degree in computer science, and marketing his co-brother David’s artwork online.

He volunteered at the Kroc Center three times a week, and was interested in body-building, which he put to good use by picking up his old, fat mother and setting her down in various places she preferred not to be.

George is survived by his mother Margaret Lynn Aldridge, of Bonners Ferry. George will be missed by a large extended family including his co-sister Jessica, many aunts, uncles and cousins, and his co-mom Leah Meister.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jean and George Aldridge, and his co-brother, Derrick Meister. George was baptized in the Nazarene church several years ago and professed his faith in Jesus Christ.

God keep you, my beloved son, until the sea shall give up its dead, and Heaven and Earth are made new.
