• Weather Spotter training class: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Senior Hospitality Center, 6635 Lincoln St. (behind Panhandle bank).

• Auburn Crest Hospice and Aspen Home Health Rake N Run: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Teams will go to disabled individuals’ or seniors’ homes that need help with clean up, chores and removal of items they can not do on their own. Contact Auburn Crest at 208 267-0579 if you know of someone in need of this type of assistance. Other home health teams are also invited to join, meet in the city parking lot at 8 a.m.

• “Little White Church” renovation meeting: 7 p.m. Paradise Valley Fire Hall. Volunteers and financial support are needed to help renovate the church at the corner of Kootenai Trail and Paradise Valley roads.
