Virginia 'Gin' Emily (DeBoer) Worley, 79

Virginia “Gin” Emily (DeBoer) Worley, 79, born on Jan. 11, 1936, passed away on March 4, 2015.

Services were held on Saturday, March 7, 2015, at 1pm at the House of Faith, 1103 N. 3rd Street in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

Virginia is survived by her six children; sons: Kevin Worley of Forks, Wash., Keith and Nicole Worley of Spokane, Wash.;015 daughters Debby and Ric Cary of Kelso, Wash., Cindy and Denny Carlson of Pinehurst, Idaho, Kris and John Bockmier of Vancouver, Wash., and Karen Via of Spokane, Wash.

Also surviving Gin are 19 grandchildren,10 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Guy McKinley Norris Jr. and her second husband Charles Norman Worley, husband of 46 years; her parents Evert and Ellen DeBoer; brothers Marvin, Byron, Calvin, and Doug and sister Rosella Jantz; sisters Rojean Flory, Gloria Chervenell, Barbara Dehlbom, and Bernice Johnson survive her.

Virginia’s life was also enriched by all of the Norris family, who has been such an important part of her life. Gin was a wife, mother, and loving grandmother who loved spending time with her family. She was very generous and would give to a complete stranger. Her grandchildren were the light of her life.
