They spent many happy family hours camping in the Utah and Montana mountains. The made their home in Grantsville Utah, till Rex retired in 1988. The family moved to Lolo, Mont., where Rex worked at Servepro till 1994 when Theda moved to Bonners Ferry, Idaho, in 1992 with two of her grandchildren Kasi and Billy; it left the family separated for two years. After finally moving to Bonners Ferry, Rex worked as a night security guard till his final retirement 2005.
His last retirement was spent doing firewood, fixing the tractor and enjoying the large garden he and Theda made together.
