Exercise your right to vote in local elections on Nov. 3

Mayoral and City Council elections are November 3, 2015 for Bonners Ferry and Moyie Springs.

I encourage all residents of these entities to get out and vote. I attended the candidate’s forum last Friday; I would, if I could, vote for the people continuing to realize the positive direction both entities are going and who listen to their constituants without personal agendas. We live or work in our cities which harmony and trust is a key to success.

Please just vote, show the candidates you do care and want to be heard. We all don’t have the time to go to the council meetings, but this is the first step of being involved in where you call home. It will make a difference.
