Preliminary hearing for Ingraham rescheduled
The preliminary hearing for Skyler Ingraham, 20 on Oct. 23 in the Magistrate Court in Bonners Ferry has been rescheduled for Dec. 18. Judge Justin W. Julian presided at the hearing and it was agreed to waive the defendant's right to a timely preliminary hearing. Ingraham is currently being held in the Boundary County Jail on a felony charge for failure to report the death of Brent Barron, his uncle, to the authorities. Barron's body was found near Roman Nose Lakes a month ago. In an earlier press release from the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, it was reported that Barron was shot following an argument between he and Ingraham. Barron's death is currently being investigated as a homicide. No other information has been released at this time.
