BONNERS FERRY — In week 14 of Mirror Lake Ladies golf, the Wednesday morning game of the day was Most One Putts. The winner was Elizabeth Thiel with three one putts. Ada Gardiner had both the low gross and low net score of the day. Both Carrie Figgins and Beverly Comegy had a chip-in. There was a three-way tie for low number of putts between Thiel, Blanche Studer and Louise Carter with 17 putts all.
In week 14, the Tuesday evening game was Dot Shots, and there was a three-way tie between Studer, Elaine Morgan and Julie Wiliams. Williams had low gross for the group with a score of 42.
In the Wednesday morning group, the game of the day was longest putt on hole number three. Therese Helmer was the winner of the game of the day. Jeannie Richards had the low gross score of the day with 54 while Ruth Ann Wilson and Carrie Figgins both had low net with 34. Helmer had a chip-in on hole two, and Evelyn Rae had the least number of putts with 14.
The Mirror Lake Ladies golf meets every Tuesday evening at 5 p.m. and every Wednesday morning at 8 a.m. for nine holes of golf. You can play either or both days. New members are always welcome to come join the fun!
