Hart, murder sentence too light

| December 15, 2016 12:00 AM

Last week’s Herald covered the story of Hart, who is guilty of two murders and a rape of an autistic youth.

Real Justice is an attribute of God and His standard is what is right and good.

The states effort in this case to punish, is not just or right.

Each of the crimes independently are capital crimes and thus require the death penalty by real Law.

The states effort only proclaims the state as a false deity and prevents justice from being done.

A $50,000 plus dollar a year babysitting job to feed, house and protect the above named murderer corrupts justice and robs the people while at the same time denies God his Kingship and tramples real Justice.

For those who are guilty of these capital crimes, public execution is required so that others may see and fear.

Rehabilitation of these types is better left to the life to come, not this one.

The prisons are full of people who should be in the grave, where is the concern for the victim?

Article 1 Section 22 Idaho Constitution lists the rights of victims, there is NO RIGHTS listed for those who were murdered.

Will it be any better after 20 years and over a million dollars in expense??

And, this case is just one of many!
