Lamb burgers

This is an easy recipe, but one you might not have tried without a push from me.
You can get three good sized lamb burgers from one pound of ground lamb.
I use a lot of garlic & thyme before I shape the burgers.
If you are not a garlic person, cut it back or use onion instead.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground lamb
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp lemon thyme
salt & pepper to taste.
Instructions:
Broil the burgers on both sides until browned well.
Do not fry them as lamb burger is very fatty and you don’t want you meat to soak in the fat.
I serve this with a baked potato and a green vegetable.
