Grace Schuon Leidt was able to identify Earl Lane as the man wearing the cowboy hat and standing by the horse in last week’s picture.
They were standing in front of the Rex Theater for the annual Christmas Show.
The Christmas Show will be shown at the Pearl Theatre this year.

Reading the History book, on page 162, the following Christmas tidbit was shared by John Schnuerle:
“If you found a good patch of Christmas trees, you could make some money cutting even if they didn’t pay you anything. It was thirty-six cents for a bale of eight trees that I got one time and that was with my bonus. I think it was thirty cents and I think I cut 600 bales.”
