NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby provided that public hearings pursuant to I.C. 67-6509 and I.C. 67-6511 and Bonners Ferry City Code have been set for the City of Bonners Ferry Planning and Zoning Commission for JANUARY 19, 2017 AT 5:30PM at Bonners Ferry City Hall to consider recommendations to the City Council for the following: File #AM05-16 Title 11 Daycares, Home Occupations and Non Conforming structures - The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider changes to Title 11 Zoning Regulations to amend Chapter 1, Chapter 3, Chapter 9, Chapter 12, Appendix A- Definition and Appendix B- Table of Uses. The proposed changes will modify Chapter 1 and Appendix A, Definitions to provide for a new definition to Home Based Businesses and to remove Home Occupations definition and to define Zoning permits; Provide for modifications to Chapter 3 to address standards for Non-conforming Structures and Non-conforming Uses in combinations; provide for modifications to Chapter 9 which moves language related to uses to Chapter 12 and adopting new numbering for the remaining language; provide for a new Chapter 12 'Standards of Specific Uses' to address standards for Home-Based Businesses Tier I and Tier II and In-Home Daycares; Providing for modifications to Appendix B 'Table of Uses' section to amend the residential and commercial use tables relating to the allowance of In-Home Family Daycares and Home Based Businesses, Tier I and Tier II. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend the hearings or provide written response. Any written comment greater than 1 page must be submitted at least 6 days prior to the meeting. Written material not exceeding 1 page may be read into the record the day of the hearing.
