Raymond J. “Stump” Brown

Ray Brown, salty-tongued master mechanic, late of Kingsgate was born August 16, 1933 and died February 2, 2016.  Despite experiencing the school of hard knocks in late-depression Halifax and being obliged to go out on his own at age twelve, Ray with willpower to over came much in an extended life he relished to the end, facing his fate with buoyancy and grit.  Numerous associates in Creston and north Idaho will recall his jests and character.  Special thanks to the nursing staff at Creston Valley Hospital
