David L. McAninch

David L. McAninch (61) of Bonners Ferry, Idaho passed away February 18, 2016 at the Kootenai Hospital in Coeur D’Alene after an extended battle with cancer.

He is survived by spouse Helen K. McAninch of Bonners Ferry, son Jason McAninch (wife Amy), grand-daughters Lindsey Holladay, and Emily McAninch all of Sacramento, California; brothers Rick     McAninch (wife Audrey) of Kennewick, Washington; Ross McAninch (wife Lee) of Empire, Michigan; sisters Marge Leishman (husband Gary) of Caldwell, Idaho; Catherine Trainer of Bonners Ferry, Idaho; and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by mother Ann Fuller McAninch, and father Richard Evans McAninch.

Dave started working in construction as a homebuilder and then became a traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent, traveling across the country for eighteen years.

He and Helen moved to Bonners Ferry in 2004. 

Dave enjoyed golfing and working on his Paradise Valley home.

There will be no formal services.
