Harlan H. Brown

Harlan H. Brown passed away at home peacefully on Jan. 3, 2016. 

He was born Feb. 15, 1927, to Harold and Mary Brown in Buffalo, N.Y.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, his first wife Beverly and a daughter Nancy. 

He was married to Karen Brown of 28 years of Blanchard, Idaho. He has a sister Susan Harrison in San Diego, Calif.; two nephews and a niece.

He has three daughters in Utah, Kathy Leigh (Blade), Marejean Stonehouse (Jerry) and Lorie Stonehouse (Kim). He has eight grandchildren and their spouses, 25 great- grandchildren all living in Utah, he also has a brother and sister-in-law, Ken and Jean Clark in Utah. 

Harlan was raised in San Diego. He served in the military in World War II, he was a frogman (underwater demolition team) in the Navy. 

As a young man he raced jalopies and sprint cars. He also liked hunting and fishing. 

Harlan has received Christ and is a born-again Christian as is all his family. 

Services will be on Thursday, Jan. 7, 2016, at Cocolalla Cowboy Church, 4281 Cocolalla Loop Road, in Cocolalla, Idaho, at 11 a.m.
