Summerfield named Classified Employee of the Month

Ms. Nati Summerfield has been supporting and teaching students in Boundary School District for the past 3 years as a classified employee. She plays a huge role in the Life Skills classroom working with students and staff alike.

The staff at VVES appreciate Ms. Summerfield’s willingness to tackle any project that comes her way. One staff member states, “she is constantly working with multiple students who have different needs and ensures that all students are safe.” Another colleague says that, “Ms. Summerfield has a very hard job, but always helps others when in need.”

Ms. Summerfield’s students like her because, “she is caring, patient, and helps me learn.”

Ms. Summerfield has a 14 year old daughter and 12 year old son that call Bonners Ferry home. During her free time Ms. Summerfield enjoys reading, being with family, and volunteering within our community.

BCSD 101 is very lucky to have Ms. Summerfield within our district educating and supporting our students.
