Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Grant Activities The City of Bonners Ferry is submitting a proposal to the Idaho Department of Commerce for an Idaho Community Development Block Grant (ICDBG) for an amount not to exceed $500,000.The proposed project is to complete improvements and replacement of the aged sewer main pipe on the suspension bridge across the Kootenai River in Bonners Ferry. The hearing will include a discussion of the application, scope of work, budget, schedule, benefits of the project, how ICDBG funds will benefit low and moderate income persons, and location of the proposed project. The application, related documents, and ICDBG Application Handbook will be available for review. The hearing has been scheduled for November 1, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Bonners Ferry City Hall, Council Chambers located at 7232 Main Street, Bonners Ferry, Idaho 83805.
