SPAN's Save the One Walk Promotes Suicide Prevention

| September 8, 2016 1:00 AM

Depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts can be daunting to share or talk about. When a loved one is not acting the same, we may not want to ask how they are doing because it’s his or her private business. In reality, we can prevent suicide attempts by creating a community that openly talks about mental health struggles.

This Saturday, September 10th, the Save the One Walk will be held at City Park in Coeur d’Alene at 10 a.m. Come and walk and show the love and compassion of our community to those affected by suicide because mental health is everyone’s business.
