Ashley Jordan Basil, born 1990, charged with misdemeanor disturbing the peace-willfully disturbs neighborhood on July 29 by BFPD. Amended to infraction nuisance dog, pled not guilty. Disposition guilty on Sept. 15 with fines $50.

Austin J. Jones, born 1997, charged with infraction driving-turning-around violations on July 25 by BCSO. Pled not guilty on Sept. 15, disposition guilty with fines $33.40 and costs $56.50.

Cory Stephen Eccles, born 1989, charged with misdemeanor domestic violence without traumatic injury against a household member on June 27 by BFPD. Pled guilty to amended to misdemeanor battery on Sept. 15 with 30 days jail to be served upon completion of jail time in CR-2015-1123.

Pablo Abrego, born 1967, charged with misdemeanor vehicle insurance- 2nd or subsequent offence fail to provide proof of insurance on Aug. 27 by BFPD. Pled guilty to amended charge of infraction unlawful act prohibited/required by state law on Sept. 12 with fines $93.50 and costs $56.50.

Lascelle G. Rivers, born 1964, charged with misdemeanor motor carrier-permits-fail to obtain overweight or oversize permit on Aug. 31 by Port of Entry. Pled guilty on Sept. 12 with fines $68.50 and costs $160.50.

Joshua D. Foust, born 1984, charged with misdemeanor property-malicious injury to property on Sept. 8 by BCSO. Dismissed by motion of Prosecutor on Sept. 15.

Anthony E. Kane, born 2002, charged with felony assault or battery upon certain personnel, misdemeanor arrests and seizures-resisting or obstructing officers on July 30 by BFPD. Young, born 1980, charged with Felony driving under the influence -third or subsequent offense, misdemeanor driving without privileges, misdemeanor controlled substance-possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia use or possess with intent to use on May 7 by ISP. First charge, pled guilty on Sept. 12 with costs $285.50 with two years determinate and three years indeterminate. Second and third charge were dismissed by motion of prosecutor. Fourth charge, pled guilty to with 30 days jail.

Joshua K. Eby, born 1992, charged with felony officer-flee or attempt to elude a police officer in a motor vehicle on May 13 by BFPD. Pled guilty on Sept. 12 with costs $245.50 and determinate time one year and six months. Indeterminate time was three years and six months with 120 days credit. Felony enhancement-persistent violator was dismissed on motion of Prosecutor.
