The full title of the ordinance is: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BONNERS FERRY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, REPEALING AND REPLACING BONNERS FERRY CITY CODE TITLE THREE, CHAPTER SEVEN TO UPDATE REGULATIONS AND PERMITTING PROCESS CONCERNING SPECIAL EVENTS WITHIN THE CITY OF BONNERS FERRY; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT FROM AND AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING TO LAW.
