This month’s winner is Riley Beggerly, and he received a new ping pong paddle set. Congratulations Riley! If there are any questions regarding Family Fitness Challenge please don’t hesitate to contact Mrs. Petesch at school. Mrs. Petesch would also like to highlight Noah Ratcliff for being the top money collector for the annual Jump Rope for Heart event. Great job Noah!

Valley View Elementary School (VVES) is a busy place with so many great students and hard-working staff. At VVES we have students and staff that go out of their way to hold doors, pick up garbage on the campus, give an encouraging word when needed, and are just wonderful citizens to be around. It really is a great place to work and share life with others.

Here at VVES we have a lot to celebrate and I am honored to highlight the following students for being recognized for the character trait of honesty. The students are:

Ben Webster, Olivia Tapani, Troy Haynes, Saoirse Heifner, Carsen Lambert, Kaylee Jeppesen, Riana Hillard, Zane Owens, Addison Lucas, Alex Stolley, Sabastian Vickers, Ava Villelli, Ellie Falck, Dylan Cook, Helene Rae, Chago Jimenez, and Pamela Snyder. Congratulations to all of these honest students!

There are many activities approaching and VVES would love for you to join us for these events if you can. Just a few to mention are the many classroom field trips, 5th grade overnight Outdoor School, and our annual field day event near the end of the school year. Naturally, for many of these volunteers will need to be fingerprinted, so please drop by the district office for the necessary paperwork.

Go Badgers!
