Pace-Kerby & Co. welcomes new agent
BONNERS FERRY— Pace-Kerby & Co. real estate office welcomed Trevor Schneider as a new real estate agent to the team to work with his mother, Darlene Schneider, and Joe Farrell.
Schneider grew up in Bonners Ferry and went to the University of Idaho for mechanical engineering. After attending the U of I for a year, he decided that the field wasn’t what he really wanted to do. With Schneider’s mother being a Realtor and with his passion for working with people and viewing properties and houses, he decided to jump onto the real estate bandwagon.
He found a good team with Keller-Williams real estate in Coeur d’Alene and spent a lot of time training and attending classes with them. After about a year of success and learning about the field and as a buyer’s agent, Schneider decided to move back to Bonners Ferry.
“I would like to implement new technology to the area in order to help both new and existing residents in the community find property and houses,” said Schneider. With his drone, he can get unique and thorough pictures of property for clients to view in order to find the perfect fit.
