NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF MOYIE SPRINGS - PUBLIC HEARING January 3rd 2018 - 6:45 PM - 3331 Roosevelt Road -Moyie Springs City Hall NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Moyie Springs, Idaho, will hold a public hearing for consideration of a variance of zoning for the property located at 2103 Roosevelt Road, in a special use permit; said hearing to be held at City Hall located at 3331 Roosevelt Road, Moyie Springs, Idaho, at 6:45 p.m. on January 3rd, 2018. At said hearing all interested persons may appear and show cause, if any they have, why said proposed variance of zoning should not be permitted. The purpose of this hearing is to hear public comment for the allowance of a zoning variance at 2103 Roosevelt Road. The Council required 75% of his neighbors within 300 feet to approve of his commercial business. Bill Mutter submitted to the Council, at the regular Council meeting on October 4 th , 2017; the signatures of the neighbors located near his 2103 Roosevelt Road residence, acknowledging their approval as to meet the requirements for the consideration of his repair shop in the area zoned suburban. The City Council further requested that a fence be constructed to the east and north side of the property around repair area; as for the safety and consideration of neighborhood residence's in the suburban zone.
