Under and by virtue of an Order for Sale of Foreclosure executed by Judge Barbara Buchanan on December 19, 2016 and entered by the Court on December 22, 2016 and a Writ of Execution issued on January 10, 2017, out of and under the seal of the above-entitled Court on a Judgment recovered in said Court in the above-entitled action on the 22nd day of December, 2016, in favor of the above-named Plaintiff, I am commanded and required to proceed to notice for sale to sell at public auction the real property described in said Order for Sale of Foreclosure and Writ of Execution and to apply the proceeds of such sale to the satisfaction of said Judgment with interest thereon and my fees and costs. The property directed to be sold is situate in Boundary County, State of Idaho, and is described as follows, to-wit: Lot 20, Block 3, Mill River Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Book 2 of Plats, Page 54, records of Boundary County, Idaho. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 28th day of February, 2017 at the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m., at the location of the lobby of the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, 6438 Kootenai St., Bonners Ferry, Idaho, I will, personally or through my civil deputy, attend, offer and sell at public auction all or so much of the above-described property thus directed to be sold as may be necessary to raise sufficient funds to pay and satisfy the Judgment as set out in said Order for Sale of Foreclosure to the highest bidder therefore in lawful money. The time period for redemption of the above property is six (6) months from the date of sale herein. The Sheriff, by a Certificate of Sale, will transfer right, title and interest of the judgment debtor in and to the property. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF MOYIE SPRINGS - PUBLIC MEETING FEBRUARY 8 th 2017 - 6:00 PM The City Council of Moyie Springs will sit in Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 8 th, 2017, at 6:00 P.M., at the Moyie Springs City Hall - 3331 Roosevelt Rd. The purpose of this hearing is to present to the public a request from Idaho Forest Group to permit truck carriers carrying 129,000 Pounds to use Roosevelt Road from the East entrance off Highway 2 to Brink Street in Moyie Springs for access to the Mill.
