Attend Rep. Dixon's Town Hall meeting

| February 23, 2017 12:00 AM

Call to Action:

Our flag, God and country were values that were once revered by a majority of Americans. Remember when it was the norm to pray before a public school athletic event?

Contrast this with today’s society where Coach Joe Kennedy was fired from Bremerton High School for praying at the conclusion of every game. His crime was, “he engaged in overt, public religious displays on the football field while on duty as coach,” as claimed by the Bremerton School District.

We live in an environment of smothering political correctness. Where the ultra-liberal ninth circuit court claimed that California school officials have the right to restrict students from wearing U.S. flag t-shirts because someone might be offended.

Martin Luther King Jr. was instrumental in galvanizing support of both black and white Americans through nonviolent means of peaceful protests to help facilitate an end to segregation.

Today we have Black Lives Matter. An artificial movement of paid “thugs for hire.” Well-funded by billionaire leftist George Soros who pays “protestors” to commit acts of violence and spew hate across our country to promote social revolution in support of his New World Order agenda.

Gone are Hollywood icons like John Wayne who epitomized Americana. When asked about JFK winning the 1960 election, he shared his deep patriotism by saying: “I didn’t vote for him, but he’s my president, and I hope he does a good job.”

Compare this to the cry baby liberals in Hollywood today who are completely devoid of any class. With Madonna calling for blowing up the White House and Michael Moore openly scheming against President Trump. Their hypocrisy knows no bounds.

If you want to see positive change, then get involved. Start by attending the town hall meeting with Rep. Sage Dixon on Saturday, Feb. 25, at 9:30 a.m. at the Providence Church located at 6530 Washington Street, Bonners Ferry.
