NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PREAPPROVED CONSULTANT SERVICES The City of Bonners Ferry herein solicits Statements of Qualifications (SOQ's)for the purpose of establishing a preapproved list for professional design and engineering related services pursuant to Idaho Code § 67-2320(2)(h). This solicitation seeks to determine the qualifications of professional firms with expertise in Transportation Master Planning. A selection committee will evaluate and rank firms based on the following criteria: 20% on format and following directions, 40% on team expertise, and 40% on team project experience. The selection committee will also include and rank all firms that provided SOQ's for the Traffic Engineering and Transportation Master Planning category for the City's 2016 and 2017 SOQ requests. The City will select the top firms in this category for interviews, with a committee recommendation to City Council for approval of the most highly rated firm. Content of the SOQ shall be as follows: 1. Introduction, Organization of Firm, Location of Staff Resources that would be used on the project, (2 pages max).
