'MASTERPIECE for Kids' Vacation Bible School offered

Calling all kids ages 4 years old through entering sixth grade! For the eighth year, the Multi-Church Group is presenting an exciting Vacation Bible School July 31 to Aug. 4, from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at Trinity Lutheran, 6784 Cody St., this summer (location varies each year).
The theme is MASTERPIECE, presented by Camp Counselors from Lutherhaven Summer Camp, assisted by local volunteers staffing this Day Camp which averages more than 100 kids/day. Preschool (4-5 year olds) runs from 10:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m., while older children (entering first through sixth grade) have Day Camp Vacation Bible School from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All children up to age 18 will be served a free, nutritious USDA lunch from 12:15-12:45 p.m.
Since many kids are enrolled in morning swim lessons, the program was re-designed this year so that late arrivals are OK— with the most intriguing parts like archery being held after lunch.
Registration forms may be picked up and turned in at the four participating churches: Church of the Nazarene, Springs of Living Water Free Methodist, Trinity Lutheran, United Methodist— or at the Hair Connection downtown.
