Photo by Mandi Bateman “Farmer Bob” Martin turns 90 next month, so it seemed the perfect idea to open a brand new business. Farmer Bob, along with his wife “Sizzling Laurel” Martin and their nephew, David Kriedel, opened a booth at the Bonners Ferry Farmers Market, called Green Acres Farm, selling a variety of Bratwursts and custom “McMartin” Egg Muffins. Almost every item has ingredients that come from their farm and greenhouse, including the bacon, ham, sweet Italian sausage, and sliced Bratwurst options for the breakfast sandwiches.
